What is We.EQL?
The primary mission of We.EQL is to build and fortify a community for Western Digital employees and is open to anyone who identifies as LGBTQ or as an ally. As an employee resource group (ERG), we serve as an open platform for current and prospective members to voice any ideas and act as proponents in advancing LGBTQ equality in the workplace and in the communities where Western Digital operates.
