Expenses
Individual attendees will be responsible for payment of their own rooms, taxes and incidental charges.
A credit card will be requested from each individual to confirm their registration. Save all of your receipts and room folio to create an expense report for reimbursement. Please note, these charges will be charged to your cost center.
Hotel Reservation Notes
Your hotel confirmation number will be sent to you from The Grace Hopper Planning Team in a final confirmation email prior to the show. Revisions or cancellation to hotel reservations must be managed through Juan Ramirez; email juan.ramirez@wdc.com for any changes to your hotel accommodations. All reservations must be managed through this registration site as a special rate has been negotiated for this program. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
